The abstract is but
an appearance. Lightly touched shapes refer to
signs, traces: so many distinctive imprints, from
nature and its spheres of influence, among others.
The latter imply the sense of time made tangible
thanks to strata materials and pigments.Transformations
of segments that reintegrate the earth to attain
unity. In that sense, there is no subject,
other than that of eternal repetition. Sometimes
a painting seems to have been crossed by a meteor...
that resembles a human presence. Evocations more
than visions, dimensions and not perspectives,
ensembles instead of compositions. The work is
dominated by the spirit (the spirit of synthesis
too) that unites the infinitely small and the
infinitely great.
