Secura
has always wanted to be a technical reinsurer.
Consequently, technical skills have always
been considered very important within the
company. Not surprisingly therefore, R&D
plays an essential role in the strategy
of Secura. But all the research and developments
would not be possible without a close relationship
with both Belgian and foreign universities.
This relationship leads to various ways
of co-operation:
- Students in training
- Students theses
- Conferences and courses at universities
- Specific projects
Based on this close relationship with universities,
we can easily introduce our clients to some
professors in order to develop ad-hoc courses,
respond to specific questions or start specific
