Curriculum vitae   Mr. Jan Leflot graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain with a degree in mathematics and a further degree in actuarial sciences. In the same year, 1976, he started his career at the Belgian Reinsurer Secura as Assistant in the Technical Department. In 1983 he became Regional Manager. He was appointed Assistant Manager of the Underwriting Group in 1990, Manager in 1999 and finally Managing Director-CEO in 2001. Jan Leflot is also Chairman of the Reinsurance Department of Assuralia.
